Need to know

As with any type of insurance, there’s quite a bit of small print going on. Nothing to worry about, but we do need to run through it quickly.

  • Please note: Only vaild with the email you signed up to member benefits premium with.
  • Your phone must be no more than 30 months old when you register for this insurance.
  • The phone insured must belong to you, the Perkbox account holder.
  • In the event of a claim, your proof of purchase will be required, so keep your receipt safe. If you don't have a physical receipt, email receipts or your phone contract will do just fine.
  • Insurance is subject to a £100 excess, each-and-every claim.

Where are my documents?

As soon as you register your phone, your documents will be available to view and will also be emailed to you.  Your policy confirmation email will also include a link to the Mobiru portal where you can login and view documentation online at any stage.

Where is my IMEI Number?

Your IMEI number is normally located on a sticker on the rear of your handset, under the battery. If in doubt, dial *#06# and your IMEI will be displayed.

How Long will it take to insure my phone?

Once you register your phone on the Mobiru portal, your phone will be insured instantly and full policy documentation will be available to view and/or download

What’s the excess?

The insurance is subject to a £100 excess for each and every claim.

Can I register multiple devices?
